        These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between BrimbleCorp Pty Ltd trading as Brimble Recruitment Group (“Recruitment Firm”) and the hiring entity (“Client”) utilizing our outsourcing staff services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

      2. Service Overview

        Service Description: Brimble Recruitment Group provides outsourcing services to assist Clients in hiring professional staff. Our services include sourcing, vetting, and reference-checking candidates.

        Direct Hire or Managed Service: Clients can choose to hire staff directly and form a contractual relationship with the hired staff, or opt for our managed service where we oversee the staff’s performance and compliance.

      3. Payment Terms

        Initial Fee: An initial fee is required to confirm the recruitment process. This fee varies depending on the skill set and level of the staff required and covers sourcing, testing, and reference-checking the staff.

        Non-Refundable: The initial fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

        Payment Methods: Payment can be made via tax invoice or cryptocurrency.

        Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred during the recruitment process will be communicated to the Client in advance.

      4. Recruitment Process

        Requirements Gathering: The Client must provide detailed requirements for the staff, including specific skills, experience, and attributes.

        Sourcing and Vetting: Brimble Recruitment Group will source and vet candidates based on the provided requirements.

        Presentation of Candidates: The Client will receive profiles of vetted candidates for selection.

        Hiring Options: The Client can choose to hire the selected staff directly or opt for our managed service.

      5. Retention Guarantee

        Guarantee Period: Our services come with a retention guarantee for the first 2-3 months of employment.

        Replacement: If the staff does not meet the Client’s expectations within the guarantee period, Brimble Recruitment Group will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

        Conditions: The replacement guarantee is valid only if the staff fails to meet the agreed-upon performance criteria set at the time of hire.

      6. Pay Rate and Industry Standards

        Fair Compensation: The Client agrees to provide a pay rate to the staff that is in line with industry standards.

        Compliance: The Client must ensure that the compensation and working conditions meet all applicable labor laws and regulations.

        Neglect: Failure to provide fair compensation or adequate working conditions may result in the termination of the agreement and forfeiture of the retention guarantee.

      7. Confidentiality

        Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.

        Data Protection: Brimble Recruitment Group complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations to ensure the privacy and security of Client and staff information.

      8. Liability

        Limited Liability: Brimble Recruitment Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our outsourcing services.

        Performance of Staff: While we strive to provide the best candidates, Brimble Recruitment Group does not guarantee the performance or conduct of the hired staff beyond the retention guarantee period.

      9. Termination

        Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time before the final selection of staff. However, the initial fee is non-refundable.

        Termination by Brimble Recruitment Group: Brimble Recruitment Group reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client breaches any of these Terms or if the Client’s requirements cannot be met despite reasonable efforts.

      10. Governing Law

      These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

      1. Amendments

      Brimble Recruitment Group reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
